Our mail client allows you to access your mail via POP3 or IMAP. If you currently use Outlook on your home or office desktop, our SynchXM tool will keep Dashboard updated with new messages, give you access to your emails when you don't have access to your home or office PC.

Keep track of important individuals and companies as well as your activities relating to them. For each contact, see the emails you've sent or received from them, any journal or notes you've posted about them and any events or tasks you've assigned to them. You can also setup alerts to be reminded or notified of important events and tasks about each contact.
Our journal tool is like an online diary or private blog. Use it to record thoughts and notes on subjects that are important to you. It ties in with our contact manager tool, allowing you to associate journal entries with contacts.

A simpler version of Journal. On occasion, you will want to just write a short note to remind you of something. Sometimes when you're on a call, you want to remember a message or phone number. Use the notes function to record these quick messages. The sticky option shows your notes on the start page.

File System Manager
Different than the My Files feature, this module allows you access the file system of the server. Designed for developers hosting Dashboard, it allows you to upload, edit and manage files on your web server.
Don't have access to FTP from your current machine? No problem. Just use our FTP client to access your ftp sites. Upload and download files easily without opening ports on your firewall.
Access SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, DB2 and Access databases with our datasource manager. Execute queries and view tables, stored procedures, views, user-defined functions, users and more.
Login to your remote computers running terminal services, remote desktop, VNC and PcAnywhere.

If you subscribe to Vonage, Dashboard allows you to access your call activity and voicemails from your portal. View detailed information from callers like their name, address and map of their location. Add callers to contacts to keep track of them easier. View reports showing your call activity and calling patterns. Use Vonage's Click2Call function to initiate a call to contacts or anyone on your call list from Dashboard.
